Youth Department At First Baptist Church, we believe in the importance of our Youth.  Every Sunday, the teenagers are offered a unique Sunday School experience with teachers Terry Finch and Dr. Steve Eakin.  They are taught Biblical truth and challenged to think outside the box.  There is also opportunities for Bible Study every Monday, and many activities for fellowship and outreach.  Please see the schedule below.   Upcoming Youth Events September 19   "The Point"  8-10pm  This is a middle school only event.  Come hang out, watch a movie and more!   September 20    Putt - Putt   Leaving from the church at 5pm   Senoir High Only!  Come out and play!   September 29    Our weekly Bible Study at the Shelton's resumes- 7pm   We will begin our discussion on the "12 Toughest Questions About God"   October  17        "The Point"  8-10pm   October 24          " Skillet Concert"  We will be leaving from the church at 4pm, traveling to Raleigh, NC  to see one of the most popular Christian bands on the music scene today.  Cost is $15  plus food   November 5     "Give Thanks and Give Back"  9am-12  We will spend the morning working on community outreach projects! November  21     "The Point"  8-10pm Don't forget- the Bible Studay happens every Monday, and you do not want o miss it!
